Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environment-friendly binder for molding of a biomass semi-coke. A raw wood vinegar solution is distilled at normal pressure at the temperature of 90 to 102 DEG C until no fraction is distilled, and the rest solution after the distillation is just the binder. The binder is uniformly stirred and mixed with the biomass semi-coke and water and then directly pressed to obtain a biomass semi-coke precursor, and the biomass semi-coke precursor is dried or naturally dried in air to obtain a biomass semi-coke finished product. The environment-friendly binder disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) after being molded by the binder, the biomass semi-coke is high in strength, high in calorific value, easy to ignite, free of smoke and smell in combustion and free of increment of ash content; (2) compared with an existing binder, the binder disclosed by the invention is low in production cost, easy to obtain and store and high in economic efficiency; (3) the rest solution after the distillation of the wood vinegar solution and the biomass semi-coke are both generated from pyrolysis of biomasses, and the biomasses contain no elements such as sulfur harmful to the human body, so the binder is an environment-friendly adhesive for molding of the biomass semi-coke. |
