Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses difluoro-[(4-alkoxyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl) ethyl)-side fluorine phenyl-side fluorine-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy] methane as well as preparation and application of difluoro-[(4-alkoxyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl) ethyl)-side fluorine phenyl-side fluorine-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy] methane. A compound is shown in a structural general formula I; the compound comprises much fluorine and -CF2O-bridged linkages and can be used for preparing mixing liquid crystal, TFT liquid crystal or a liquid crystal display. The structure formula is shown in the description, wherein R is linear alkyl of C2-C5, and X1, X2, X3 and X4 are H or F.
