Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a UL94-5VA-grade high-GWIT (Glow Wire Ignition Temperature) reinforcing PA66 material and a preparation method thereof. The UL94-5VA-grade high-GWIT reinforcing PA66 material is prepared from the following raw materials: PA66 resin, PPO resin, a bromine flame retardant, sodium antimonite, a compound flame retardant, a glass fiber, a toughening agent, an antioxidant and a lubricant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) fully drying PA66 resin; (2) fully mixing fully dried PA66 resin and other raw materials except for the glass fiber to obtain a mixture; and (3) adding the mixture into an extruder, extruding and granulating, simultaneously adding glass fiber at the fifth zone of the extruder, cooling with water and granulating. The composite material has excellent flame-retardant property, the GWIT of the material is increased by 50-110 DEG C, the GWIT at 1.5mm can be 875 DEG C and the flame-retardant property can be subjected to UL94-5VA test at 1.5mm. |
