Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an epoxidized oleate-based calcium/zinc compound heat stabilizer for PVC. The epoxidized oleate-based calcium/zinc compound heat stabilizer is prepared by evenly mixing epoxidized calcium, epoxidized calcium zinc and an auxiliary heat stabilizer in a certain proportion under the normal pressure and temperature condition. The epoxidized oleate-based calcium/zinc compound heat stabilizer can effectively improve the heat stability of PVC and is more excellent than a traditional calcium/zinc compound stabilizer. Particularly, the synergistic effect between the epoxidized oleate-based calcium/zinc and polyhydric alcohols, beta-diketone, hydrotalcite and antioxygen is good, and the heat stability of PVC can be improved to a great extent through compound use; in addition, the heavy metal, such as lead and cadmium does not exist in a system, the plasticizer, such as DOP, which is noxious to a certain extent do not exist in the system neither, and the epoxidized oleate-based calcium/zinc compound heat stabilizer completely meets the latest RoHS standard of the European Union, conforms to the development tread for environment protection and has a broad application prospect. |
