Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a blue-phosphorescence pyrimidine iridium complex and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electro-phosphorescence material. The preparation method comprises the steps of cyclometalated ligand preparation, chloro-bridged iridium complex preparation, and iridium complex preparation. With the method, the blue-phosphorescence pyrimidine iridium complex with a structural formula below is obtained. A CH2Cl2 solution of the iridium complex provided by the invention can emit blue phosphorescence CIEx with y chromaticity coordinates of (0.14, 0.17) under 350nm excitation light, and can be used for preparing blue electroluminescent devices as a luminescent material, a guest material or a dopant material. The preparation process of the preparation method is simple, and raw materials are easy to obtain.
