Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-density Bi(4-x)NdxTi3O12 ferroelectric ceramic and relates to the field of ferroelectric ceramics. The invention aims to solve the problem that in the existing preparation method, neodymium-doped bismuth titanate is more in impure phase of product, low in density and poor in ferroelectricity. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving bismuth subnitrate and neodymium nitrate in acetic acid; adding an ethylene glycol solution; mixing and stirring with a tetrabutyl titanate solution after adding the ethylene glycol solution to obtain a Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12 sol; drying the sol; grinding; calcining; crystallizing to obtain Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12 nano powder; feeding the nano powder in a die which is prepared from high strength graphite; and under an argon protective atmosphere, pressurizing in a single direction and sintering at a high temperature to obtain the high-density ferroelectric ceramic. The preparation method is used for preparing the high-density Bi(4-x)NdxTi3O12 ferroelectric ceramic.
