High-admixture low-cost grouting material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-admixture low-cost grouting material which comprises the following components: 16.0-17.2 parts by weight of sulphoaluminate cement, 4.0-5.1 parts by weight of aluminate cement, 3.0-3.5 parts by weight of desulfurization gypsum, 11.2-14.0 parts by weight of fly ash, 2.4-2.9 parts by weight of a mineral powder, 0.30-0.34 part by weight of a naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducing agent, 0.12-0.18 part by weight of borax, 0.03-0.06 part by weight of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.04-0.08 part by weight of a defoaming agent, and 56.6-62.9 parts by weight of natural medium sand. The low cost and high performance of the grouting material are achieved, the initial fluidity reaches 370 mm, the 30 min fluidity has no loss, the appearance quality is good, the 1d compressive strength reaches 45.5 MPa, the later strength is steadily increased, the erosion resistance is good, and the grouting material has good micro expansion performance.
