Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a side core-pulling mechanism. The side core-pulling mechanism comprises a first sliding block, a first mold core, a bent pull rod and a second mold core, and further comprises a transmission mechanism, wherein the first sliding block and the first mold core are used for conducting core pulling on the end of a plastic part in the horizontal direction, and the second mold core is used for conducting core puling on the end of the plastic part in the vertical direction. The slant rod portion of the bent pull rod is matched with the transmission mechanism after completely penetrating through a first slant guide hole in the first sliding block to drive the transmission mechanism to act, and then the second mold core is driven to complete core pulling in the vertical direction. According to the side core-pulling mechanism, asynchronous side core pulling of the end of the plastic part in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be completed through the one bent pull rod, the structure is simple, and the cost is low; in addition, the side core-pulling mechanism achieves rigid transmission and avoids the risk of mold collision caused when a spring loses efficacy in the prior art. The invention further provides an injection mold with the side core-pulling mechanism, compared with the prior art, a movable mold plate is omitted, the mold structure is simplified, and the cost is lowered.
