Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a vibration attenuation method during turning of high-temperature alloy thin-walled parts. Before turning of high-accuracy thin-walled portions, annular objects that are made of rubber materials are fabricated according to the parts with different shapes to be stuffed into cavities at positions of thin walls of the parts, and the parts are clamped and subjected to turning. According to the vibration attenuation method during turning of the high-temperature alloy thin-walled parts, rubber rings are used as stuffed objects, the rubber rings can be attached to the parts by means of good rubber elasticity, the rigidity of a workpiece system can be improved, workpiece elastic deformation amount caused by a cutting force is effectively reduced, the technical problem of cutter vibration during cutting due to poor rigidity of the high-temperature alloy thin-walled parts is solved, machining qualities and machining efficiency are effectively increased, and machining costs are saved. |
