Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a composite cutter for machining stepped holes and an internal annular groove. The composite cutter comprises a cutter handle, a cutter body and a forming blade; the cutter handle is arranged at one end of the cutter body, and the forming blade is arranged at the other end of the cutter body; the forming blade comprises a stepped hole forming reamer and a groove forming cutter; the groove forming cutter is arranged at the outer end of the cutter body, and the stepped hole forming reamer is arranged on the inner side of the groove forming cutter; the outer diameter of the stepped hole forming reamer is larger than that of the groove forming cutter; and the cutter handle is connected with the cutter body through an adjustable structure. Through the composite cutter, the stepped holes and the annular groove of the stepped holes of a workpiece can be directly machined, and different machining cutters do not need to be replaced; the positioning frequency of the cutter is reduced, and the machining process is simplified; the machining efficiency and the machining precision of a product are improved; position fine adjustment can be carried out between the cuter handle and the cutter body; the rejection rate of the machining process of the cutter is reduced; the cutter is expensive; and the cost of the cutter is reduced. |
