Dry ice washer and application method thereof

The invention discloses a dry ice washer and an application method thereof. The dry ice washer comprises a machine frame. A material barrel for containing dry ice is arranged on the machine frame. A discharging opening is formed in the lower end of the material barrel. The discharging opening is connected with one end of a soft pipe. The other end of the soft pipe is connected with an inlet of a motor which drives an ice mixer. A first connector of an outlet of the ice mixer is connected with an air inlet pipe. A second connector of an outlet of the ice mixer is connected with one end of an air outlet pipe. The other end of the air outlet pipe is connected with a spraying pipe. A feeding opening of a material cylinder is a feeding opening which is sealed during closing. The dry ice using amount is controlled by blot image collecting comparing. The scheme that material box sealing is carried out after feeding is used, so that the purpose that when a nozzle outlet is changed to be small and the surface pressure of pollutants is higher than atmosphere pressure, ice mixing is smooth is achieved.
