Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses preparation of a saturated hydrogenation Ni catalyst and a method of the Ni catalyst in catalyzing C5 hydrogenation, and belongs to the field of catalytic hydrogenation. The catalyst is prepared by taking self-made Al2O3 as a carrier through pseudo-boehmite under the assistance of a conditioning agent; a catalyst active component Ni and other components A are loaded, wherein the components A can be one or more of K, Na, Co, Cu, Zn and Mo; the content of the Ni is 1-30wt% of the carrier and the components A account for 0.05-1wt% of the carrier; and the specific surface area of the prepared catalyst is 100-180m /g. The catalyst is relatively low in cost compared with an existing noble metal catalyst; the series of the catalysts, when used as raw materials for the saturated hydrogenation of a product on a refined-C5 special processing section, are high in hydrogenation efficiency and mild in reaction condition; and the pentane content of a hydrogenated product is no less than 96%. |
