Selenium-rich peony oil

The invention discloses selenium-rich peony oil, and relates to the technical field of edible oil processing. The selenium-rich peony oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of peony seeds, 10-25 parts of selenium-rich peony seeds, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin E, 1.2-2.0 parts of vitamin C, 0.25-0.4 part of beta-carotene, 10-20 parts of selenium-rich asparagus and 1.5-3.5 parts of lecithin. The preparation process is as follows: A. preparing the materials; B. pre-treating the raw materials, namely preparing the selenium-rich peony seeds, wherein the step of preparing the selenium-rich peony seeds comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a selenium-rich nutrient solution, and (2) processing the selenium-rich peony seeds, and b. preparing the selenium-rich asparagus; C. primary squeezing; D. secondary squeezing; E. mixing; F. alkali washing; G. water washing; and H. fine filtering. The selenium-rich peony oil has comprehensive nutrition, is suitable for all ages of people and is especially suitable for being eaten by the elders and the youngsters.
