Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a nematicidal composition containing fluensulfone and fosthiazate, which is a binary composition of active ingredients fluensulfone and fosthiazate, wherein the mass ratio of fluensulfone to fosthiazate is 1-25 to 25-1, the mass part ratio of fluensulfone to fosthiazate is 1% to 80%, and the balance is allowable used and acceptable auxiliary components in a pesticide. The nematicidal composition provided by the invention comprises dosage forms of emulsifiable concentrates, suspensions, wettable powders, aqueous solutions, water dispersible granules, water emulsions, micro-emulsions, granules, and micro-capsules, and is mainly used for controlling nematodes and other pests of solanaceous vegetables, cucurbitaceous vegetables, lettuce and other leafy vegetables.
