Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fresh ginger storing method. The method includes the steps that a layer of composite soil with the thickness being one to two centimeters is laid on the ground of a storage place, the composite soil is a mixture which is formed by evenly mixing yellow clay and sand, and the mass ratio of the yellow clay and the sand is 5:1 to 2:1; a layer of fresh ginger is horizontally and compactly placed on the composite soil at the bottom layer; a composite soil layer with the thickness being one centimeter is further laid on the fresh ginger layer, and fresh ginger layers and composite soil layers are laid continuously, sequentially and alternately until the total number of the fresh ginger layers is 10-15; a composite soil layer with the thickness being two to three centimeters covers fresh ginger at the uppermost layer to be used as a top layer covering soil layer. Different from the prior art, according to the technical scheme, the fresh ginger storing method has the advantages that the quality and the flavor of the fresh ginger can be effectively maintained for a long time, and environmental protection and energy saving are achieved.
