Zusammenfassung:	A heating element housing device (7), provided with a heat exchange device (6) for cooling the interior of a cabinet (1) by exchanging heat between internal air (8) and external air (9). An exterior fan (22a) is provided at the bottom part of the cabinet and an interior fan (21a) is provided at the upper part of the cabinet (1). A heat exchanger (2) is housed in a case (10). The heat exchanger (2) has an internal air intake port (14), an internal air outlet port (15), and an external air intake port (16). An external air outlet port (11) for blowing out external air (9) is provided on the surface of the case (10) facing the cabinet door (3). The exterior fan (22a) and the interior fan (21a) are both centrifugal-type fans.
