The invention provides a linear motor stator structure coated by an epoxy resin; the linear motor stator structure comprises the following structures: a stator seat with a seat body and a seat face positioned on one side of the seat body; a plurality of first magnets and second magnets arranged on the seat face of the stator seat in a linear and mutually intersecting manner; an epoxy resin layer arranged between each first and second magnets and the seat face, and the epoxy resin layer is formed by a mould so as to form a layer body protruding on the seat face with a preset height; a film fixed on an outer layer, opposite to the seat face, of the epoxy resin layer; the invention also provides a processing die of the linear motor stator structure coated by the epoxy resin, so the linear motor stator structure coated by the epoxy resin can be conveniently processed without limited by processing environment, and no secondary processing is needed, thus satisfying low contraction margin demands without limited by material characteristics.
