Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a calibration method and a calibration device for concave and convex character codes of a smart card. The calibration method comprises the following steps: (1)conveying a card to a calibration work station in the posture that the sunken surface of the card faces upwards; (2) identifying a character code on the card by an OCR identification device on the calibration work station: (2.1) irradiating to the sunken surface of the character code at an inclined angle by a light source with parallel light surrounding the periphery of the card; (2.2) acquiring an image by a camera from the right above the card, wherein the edge part of the character code is bright because of the irradiation of light, the sunken part of the character code forms a black shadow because the light cannot irradiate, and the bright part and the black shadow part of the character code form the image; (2.2) analyzing the acquired image by an image identification system; (3) performing contrast judgment on the information of the character code on the card acquired buy the OCR identification and the information of a correct character code corresponding to the card in a database. According to the calibration method and the calibration device, the technical difficult problem that the concave and convex character codes cannot be subjected to OCR identification is solved. |
