The invention discloses a preparation method of a PA6 nano-composite material with a magnetic property. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of PA6, 75-85 parts of nanometer magnetic powder, 1-3 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of nanometer powder, and 0.5-2 parts of a coupling agent, then carrying out melt extrusion, and finally pelletizing to obtain the product. According to the formula system, a magnetic core can be obtained by an injection molding manner; the properties of the magnetic core are not lower than that of the conventional die-cast molded magnetic core; the defects that the die-cast formation speed is low and discontinuous can be overcome.
