Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a PA6 nano-composite material with a magnetic property. The PA6 nano-composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of PA6, 70-90 parts of nanometer magnetic powder, 1-3 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of nanometer powder, and 0.5-2 parts of a coupling agent, wherein the nanometer magnetic powder is prepared by the following steps: carrying out annealing embrittlement treatment to an Fe73.5-Cu1-Nb3-Si13.5-Be9 amorphous strip, carrying out ball milling under argon shield to form the amorphous powder, and then using a tubular atmosphere resistance furnace to anneal the powder. According to the formula system, a magnetic core can be obtained by an injection molding manner; the properties of the magnetic core are not lower than that of the conventional die-cast molded magnetic core; the defects that the die-cast formation speed is low and discontinuous can be overcome. |
