The invention discloses a preparation method of an integrated nano-toughened PA6 nanocomposite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-90 parts of PA6, 10-20 parts of PE, 0.5-5 parts of maleic anhydride, 0.1-0.3 part of an antioxygen, 0.05-0.1 part of first catalyst, 0.05-0.1 part of second catalyst and 1-3 parts of nanoemulsion; 2) melting and extruding the uniformly-mixed raw materials, and granulating. Through integral formula design, the maleic anhydride, the first catalyst and the second catalyst are introduced into a system; in the preparation process of the composite material, in-situ grafting can be achieved; through cooperation of a matrix and various functional auxiliary agents, the toughness of nylon is greatly improved.
