Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel method of synthesizing 3,4,5-triphenyl pyrazole. The method comprises the steps of adding reaction raw materials, i.e., 1,2-diphenyl acrylonitrile, potassium carbonate and benzaldehyde p-toluenesulfonhydrazide hydrazone at a molar ratio of 1:2:2 into DMF (Dimethyl Formamide), uniformly mixing, then heating to 95-105 DEG C, keeping reaction liquid warm till the reaction finishes, pouring a mixture into a certain amount of water, then extracting with ethyl acetate, and after steaming and removing a solvent by an organic phase, separating residuals via thin layer chromatography to form 3,4,5-triphenyl pyrazole. The method is simple to implement and has a higher practical value. |
