Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an elastic polishing sand ball and a use method thereof, which are designed for completely clearing non-smelted micro-particles attached to the surface of a coating. An elastic rubber solid ball is arranged in the innermost space of the elastic polishing sand ball; a bottom rubber layer, an abrasive layer and a surface rubber layer are arranged on the solid ball outwardly in sequence. After an organic coating is sprayed to the inner wall of an oil pipe, the elastic polishing sand ball is driven by using a special clamp to do reciprocating motion, and the organic coating is ground and polished through contact pressure of the sand ball and the inner wall of the pipe; the elastic polishing sand ball can be replaced and used according to the specific condition of the organic coating from small diameter to big diameter or jumpily; before replacement of the sand ball and after grinding and polishing, the inner wall of the pipe is push-broomed by using a rubber cup. According to the elastic polishing sand ball, the organic coating on the inner wall of the oil pipe can be ground and polished to clear the non-smelted micro-particles attached to the surface of the coating, reduce the roughness of the surface of the coating and guarantee smooth and flat surface of the coating, so that the wear resistance performance of the coating is improved. The conventional fan blowing method can be substituted, and the elastic polishing sand ball a is convenient to use and is safe and environment-friendly.
