The three gasbag sections are respectively arranged on a position, opposite to the rear neck, of the clothing neckline, and the two side surfaces of the neck; the three gasbag sections can be used for charging and discharging gas according to needs and regulating different sleeping postures during sleep. By a method of arranging three gasbag sections on the rear surface and the side surfaces of the neckline, the gas is charged and discharged according to the needs, and the neck is regulated; meanwhile, pressure to the neck is not caused, the comfort is strengthened; the neck-protecting pad with convex points is arranged on the gasbag, so that the massage effect of the neck is strengthened.
