A multi-functional control valve capable of continuously supplying water, comprising a valve body (30), a cover (60), a fixed valve plate (10), and a movable valve plate (20); the movable valve plate (20) is connected to a valve rod (61); the control valve is provided with a water inlet (31), a water outlet (32), a sewage outlet (33), a first port (38) of a No.1 filter element, a second port (39) of the No.1 filter element, a first port (78) of a No.2 filter element, and a second port (79) of the No.2 filter element thereon; the fixed valve plate (10) is provided with a first through-hole (1A), a second through-hole (2A), a third through-hole (3A), and a fourth through-hole (4A) thereon; the first through-hole (1A) communicates with the first port (38) of the No.1 filter element; the second through-hole (2A) communicates with the second port (39) of the No.1 filter element; the third through-hole (3A) communicates with the first port (78) of the No.2 filter element; and the fourth through-hole (4A) communicates with the second port (79) of the No.2 filter element; the movable valve plate (20) is provided with a water inlet channel (21B), a water outlet channel (22B), and a sewage outlet channel (24B) thereon; the water inlet channel (21B) communicates with the water inlet (31); the water outlet channel (22B) communicates with the water outlet (32); and the sewage outlet channel (24B) communicates with the sewage outlet (33). The control valve uses a single valve for achieving continuous water supply during switching between two filter elements.
