The method includes: according to a current MCS threshold of a DwPTS (downlink pilot timeslot), determining a spectral frequency which the current MCS threshold corresponds to; determining whether or not data is transmitted under the highest level MCS corresponding to the DwPTS in a preset period; if yes, according to a BLER (block error ratio) of the highest level MCS, acquiring an adjusted MCS threshold of the DwPTS. By determining whether or not the highest level MCS transmits the data and the BLER of the highest level MCS, the MCS threshold is adjusted; according to the method, in different network states, the MCS threshold is dynamically adjusted, and throughput of each of user equipment is increased.
