Rare earth permanent magnetic material molding equipment and molding method

The invention discloses rare earth permanent magnetic material molding equipment, which comprises one or a plurality of magnetic poles, and a die for containing magnetic powder, wherein the magnetic pole shrinks from tail to top, and the magnetic powder moves relatively to the magnetic pole. The magnetic powder is oriented through movement of the magnetic powder and motionless of a magnetic field; the front end of the magnetic field shrinks, so that line-by-line scanning is performed on the magnetic powder in movement, and the limit that a molding area is smaller than a magnet pole head in orientation and molding by the conventional magnetic field is broken. The equipment can prepare plate-like magnetic steel of large area or higher annular or tile magnetic steel.
