Quick express bill entering method

The invention provides a quick express bill entering method. The quick express bill entering method comprises the following steps of (1) acquiring data of an express bill, scanning the express bill into a picture in a preset format and storing the picture; (2) uploading data and uploading the picture scanned in the step (1) to an appointed server by using a ftp (file transfer protocol) or a http (hyper text transport protocol); (3) recognizing data of the express bill, analyzing and recognizing the picture of the express bill by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology after a receiver receives the uploaded picture of the express bill to obtain initial express bill data including the name of an express company, a bill number, the number of a sender, the address of the sender, the mobile phone number of the sender, the name of a receiver, the address of the receiver and the mobile phone number of the receiver; and (4) processing data, cleaning and neatening the initial express bill data to obtain final express bill data and guiding the final express bill data to a database.
