Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a nanosecond-width pulse plane light source device, which comprises a nanosecond-pulse laser light source, a lens group and a laser scattering system, wherein the laser emits pulse laser; the pulse laser enters a light guide arm, the emergent position and angle of the laser are regulated through the light guide arm, and the laser is converted into a laser sheet with a certain thickness to finish the initial homogenization of the laser through the lens group; the laser sheet enters the scattering system from a slit of the laser scattering system, the laser is subjected to a series of light path conversion in the scattering system to disorder the propagation direction, the polarization direction, the phase difference and the like of the laser, and the laser is finally emitted through transparent glass, i.e. an emergent plane, on one side of the scattering system, so that a plane light source with uniform light intensity distribution is formed. According to the device, the uniform radiation of high-brightness plane light under nanosecond exposure time is realized.
