The biomass solid fuel ash high-temperature melting monitoring device comprises a capacitance plate group and a capacitance tester, wherein the capacitance plate group consists of two capacitance plates which are arranged oppositely, and a high-temperature melting area is arranged between the capacitance plate group; ash is arranged in the high-temperature melting area and used as a dielectric medium of the capacitance plate group; the capacitance tester is electrically connected with the capacitance plate group and used for monitoring a capacitance value of the capacitance plate group in real time and determining the melting time of the ash according to the dielectric constant before and after the melting of the ash. The ash is used as the dielectric medium of the capacitance plate group, the capacitance value of the capacitance plate group is changed due to the variation of the dielectric constant before and after the ash is molten, and the melting occurrence and development situation of the ash can be timely and accurately controlled and prevented by monitoring the capacitance value of the capacitance plate group in real time.
