Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an air conditioner and a control system thereof. The air conditioner comprises a smoke sensor and a controller. The smoke sensor is used for detecting smoke information of indoor environment of the air conditioner. The controller connected with the smoke sensor is used for receiving the smoke information from the smoke sensor, generating first fire warning information according to the received smoke information and sending the generated first fire warning information to a user terminal. The first fire warning information is used for warning users of indoor fire accidents. By the air conditioner and the control method thereof, the problem of single function of air conditioners in related techniques is solved.
