Flywheel

The invention discloses a flywheel. The flywheel consists of a foundation support, fan blades and a crankshaft, wherein each fan blade comprises a plastic inner sleeve and a plastic blade; each plastic inner sleeve is connected with the foundation support, three connection rings with the radius being gradually increased are arranged on the periphery of each plastic inner sleeve, and each plastic blade is arranged on the connection rings in a penetrating manner; a gap is formed between one end of each plastic blade and the plastic inner sleeve, and each plastic blade is provided with another end which is leveled to the side wall of the foundation support; a supporting plate which is connected with each connection ring is respectively arranged between two adjacent plastic blades, one end of each supporting plate is fixed on the outer wall of the plastic inner sleeve, and both the supporting plate and the plastic blade are perpendicular to an annular reinforcing surface; the surface area of the supporting plate is one third of the surface area of the plastic blade, each plastic blade is bent to an arc shape along the same direction, and an angle corresponding to the arc shape formed by bending the plastic blade is 30 degrees. The fan blades and the foundation support are set to a split structure, so that the complexity in machining can be alleviated, easiness in production can be realized, and the production and repairing cost also can be reduced.
