Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a flapping wing wind turbine with a flexible empennage. The flapping wing wind turbine comprises a flapping wing, wherein a deformable flat plate is mounted at the tail of the flapping wing as the flexible empennage; the flexible empennage and a wing chord on any cross section of the flapping wing are positioned on the same plane. Through the additional arrangement of the flexible empennage, the lift of the flapping wing is improved, so that more energy is collected, and the energy collecting efficiency is increased.
