The pre-pressing uniform water distributing device is characterized in that the separating barrel is a conical barrel, the center of the top of the separating barrel is connected with water inlet pipes which are uprightly mounted, a cone is arranged inside the separating barrel and is coaxial with the separating barrel, a rotary shaft is arranged in the center of the bottom of the cone and is connected with the separating barrel, or the bottom of the cone is matched with the separating barrel via a rotary groove, at least one circle of rotary blades is fixed to the middle or the lower portion of the cone, and the outer edges of the rotary blades are close to the inner wall of the separating barrel but not in contact. The pre-pressing uniform water distributing device in the design has the advantages that rotary impellers can be driven to rotate or the cone can be driven by the rotary blades to rotate when water flows into the separating barrel from the water inlet pipes, so that the water in the water inlet pipes can be uniformly distributed into a plurality of water outlet pipes; equal pressures borne by the water outlet pipes can be guaranteed, and accordingly the inlet water can be uniformly distributed.
