Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for extracting and purifying metal aluminum from the eddy current separated materials of a municipal refuse incinerator and belongs to the technical field of metal secondary resource recovery. The method of extracting the metal aluminum mainly comprises the following steps: performing ball milling on the eddy current separated materials (raw materials), and sieving after ball milling to separate blocks from powder; next, separating iron, copper, glass, ceramics and the like in the blocks from coarse aluminum blocks; adding a slag-aluminum separating agent composed of halides to a smelting furnace and heating to form a fused salt, and then adding the coarse aluminum blocks and stirring so that the impurity slag in the coarse aluminum goes into the upper-layer fused-salt phase and the liquid metal aluminum is sunk to the bottom of the furnace; next, quickly discharging the liquid aluminum into an iron-made casting mold to solidify the liquid aluminum, thereby obtaining a metal aluminum ingot having the aluminum content of more than 96%. After the slag-aluminum separating agent is used for a plurality of times, the slag-aluminum separating agent is separated from the insoluble slag and recycled after being dehydrated. The method for extracting and purifying the metal aluminum from the eddy current separated materials of the municipal refuse incinerator has the advantages of simple process, convenient operations, high metal aluminum recovery rate and the like; the recycling of the metal aluminum in the refuse incinerator slag is realized.
