Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heavy-metal-resistant rhizobium namely rhizobium HZ76. The rhizobium is applied to promoting plants to repair heavy metal polluted soil. The effective bacterium number of rhizobium HZ76 strains is (10 -10 ) CFU/mL. A plant adopted by plant repair of the heavy metal polluted soil is locust tree. The heavy metals in the heavy metal polluted soil comprise one or more of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd. The HZ76 strain disclosed by the invention can produce indoleacetic acid which is beneficial to promoting plant growth. The heavy-metal-resistant rhizobium has an ACC deaminase gene and nod and nif genes, which are helpful for improving the nodulation rate and nitrogen content of plants. The heavy-metal-resistant rhizobium can generate an iron carrier which is helpful for improving the stress resistance of the plants. Plant growth promoting bacteria is used for promoting the growth of the plants, improving the content of the heavy metals Zn, Pb and Cu in the plants, and strengthening the plant extraction repair efficiency. |
