The invention relates to an environmental-protection PU transparent priming paint rapidly dried at low temperatures. The PU transparent priming paint comprises the components by the mass percentage: 55-65% of alkyd resin, 0.15-0.25% of a composite dryer, 2-3.5% of zinc stearate, 5-15% of nitrocotton slurry, and 5.35% of a solvent. The environmental-protection PU transparent priming paint rapidly dried at the low temperatures adopts TDI modified alkyd resin, is fast in drying speed, good in flexibility and excellent in solvent release property; and the organotin and organic amine composite dryer having an obvious assisted drying effect under the low-temperature state is added, the nitrocotton slurry is added for increasing the solvent release property, a curing agent and a diluent with the appropriate proportion are matched, and thus the drying speed of the transparent priming paint is greatly accelerated, the drying time is effectively shortened, and the customer production efficiency is improved.
