Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to high temperature resistant phosphorus-nitrogen type solvent-free epoxy matrix resin and a preparation method thereof. The high temperature resistant phosphorus-nitrogen type solvent-free epoxy matrix resin is prepared from the components including tetramaleimide resin, bismaleimide resin, DOPO, dicyandiamide, epoxy resin, SR-22000 organic silicone resin, an accelerator and a reactive diluent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) putting tetramaleimide resin, bismaleimide resin and DOPO into a reaction kettle to carry out reaction; after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding the reactive diluent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A; (2) adding dicyandiamide, DOPO and N,N-dimethylformamide into the reaction kettle, and carrying out reaction to obtain a component B; (3) adding epoxy resin and the SR-22000 organic silicone resin into the reaction kettle to carry out reaction, and after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding the reactive diluent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component C; and (4) mixing the components A, B and C to react, cooling, adding the accelerator, and uniformly stirring. The high temperature resistant phosphorus-nitrogen type solvent-free epoxy matrix resin and the preparation method are simple in operation and excellent in comprehensiveness, are environmentally friendly and have good application prospect. |
