Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) and an application thereof in preparation of a double-component polyurethane microporous elastomer. The modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate is prepared by a preparation method comprising the following steps: mixing and reacting MDI, dibasic acid, polyester polyol and phosphoric acid to obtain the modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate, wherein the parts by weight of the components are as follows: 100 parts of MDI, 1-10 parts of dibasic acid, 20-60 parts of polyester polyol and 0.002-0.008 part of phosphoric acid. The modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effect that the physical properties of tensile strength, tearing strength and the like of the polyurethane microporous elastomer prepared by using the modified MDI are obviously improved. |
