A production device consisting of an aluminum sulfate dissolving tank # 1 (1), an aluminum sulfate dissolving tank # 2 (2), an aluminum sulfate dissolving tank (5), an aluminum sulfate dissolving conveying pump (3), an aluminum sulfate dissolving conveying pump (4), an aluminum sulfate liquid reservoir (5), an aluminum sulfate liquid spraying pump (6) an aluminum sulfate liquid spraying pump (7), and an aluminum sulfate liquid spraying pump (8) and process control are used. The granulation production method provided by the invention has the advantages that firstly, the granulation mode of granular ammonium sulfate is optimized, and the granulation effect of granular ammonium sulfate is stabilized; secondly, the anti-moisture absorption and anti-blocking properties of the granular ammonium sulfate product are improved, and the overall quality of the granular ammonium sulfate product is improved; and thirdly, the granulation cost of granular ammonium sulfate is reduced. |
