Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel graphitizing furnace with a suspended furnace bottom and a building method thereof, relating to the field of chemical production. The novel graphitizing furnace with a suspended furnace bottom comprises a furnace body and a power system, wherein the power system comprises a power supply, a first conductive electrode and a second conductive electrode; the two poles of the power supply are electrically connected with the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode respectively; the furnace body comprises an inner furnace body and an outer furnace body; a closed cavity for circulating waste gas is formed between the inner furnace body and the outer furnace body; the upper end of the inner furnace body is provided with a gas inlet communicated with the cavity; and the outer furnace body is provided with a gas outlet communicated with the cavity. According to the invention, the disordered discharge of the toxic and harmful waste gas in the graphite production process is changed into collection before directional discharge, thus reducing random escape of the toxic and harmful waste gas to the outside, ensuring that the toxic and harmful waste gas can be collected and treated more easily, and protecting physical health of operating personnel and environment. Meanwhile, the novel graphitizing furnace with a suspended furnace bottom is beneficial to improve the production efficiency and graphite yield of the novel graphitizing furnace with a suspended furnace bottom. |
