Electric heating system for throttle hole of conveying pump

The invention is applicable to a thermal insulation system and particularly relates to an electric heating system for a dry ash conveying pump. The system comprises a plurality of conveying pumps, two power source main junction boxes, sixteen electric control distribution boxes, a plurality of pore plates and a plurality of electric heating films, wherein the shapes, sizes and positions of the electric heating films correspond to those of the pore plates; the output end of each power source main junction box is connected with the input ends of eight electric control distribution box in parallel; the power source main junction box controls the disconnection and connection of each electric control distribution box and distributes a voltage for each electric control distribution box; two sides of each conveying pump are communicated with the plurality of pore plates; each pore plate is correspondingly provided with one electric heating film; each electric control distribution box is connected with the plurality of electric heating films on each conveying pump in parallel; the electric control distribution boxes convey transformed voltage to the electric heating film. By virtue of designs of the electric heating films and an automatic monitoring circuit, not only can freezing and choking phenomena of the conveying pump in an ash discharge period be solved, but also polling is clear at a glance, and the safety and reliability of ash discharge operation of the conveying pump are ensured.
