Automotive accelerator mis-pressing preventer

The invention discloses an automotive accelerator mis-pressing preventer arranged below an accelerator pedal. The automotive accelerator mis-pressing preventer comprises a hydraulic device, hydraulic oil arranged within the hydraulic device, a separator plate extending from the inside of the hydraulic to its outside, a large oil inlet, a small oil hole, and a liftable stopper arranged on the right side of the separator plate; wherein, the large oil inlet and the small oil hole are arranged in the lower end of the separator plate. The upper end of the separator plate is connected to the top of the hydraulic device. The lower end of the separator plate is connected to the bottom of the hydraulic device. The separator plate divides the hydraulic device into a left oil tank and a right oil cylinder. The upper end of the left oil tank is provided with a filling venting hole; the bottom of the right oil cylinder is provided with an elastic member capable of applying vertical elastic force; the upper end of the right oil cylinder is penetrated by a pressure application member which downwardly applies pressure; the pressure application member is in contact with the upper end of the elastic member; the upper end of the pressure application member is in contact with the lower surface of the accelerator pedal.
