Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a folding arm boom and a fiber-enhanced resin-based composite material arm joint and a making method thereof. The making method comprises the following steps: 1, an inner mold core (1) is wrapped with an internal layer pressurization bag (2), and a gas in the internal layer pressurization bag (2) is pumped out, so that the internal layer pressurization bag (2) is attached on the surface of the inner mold core (1), and the inner mold core (1) shrinks and deforms under the action of external gas pressure of the internal layer pressurization bag (2); 2, a fiber material (3) is laid on the outer side surface of the internal layer pressurization bag (2); 3, a gas is introduced into the internal layer pressurization bag (2), so that the inner mold core (1) rebounds and expands, and the fiber material (3) stretches to have tension under the effects of expansion force; and 4, the fiber material (3) curs on the outer side surface of the internal layer pressurization bag (2) to form the fiber-enhanced resin-based composite material arm joint comprising the inner mold core (1).
