The invention discloses a fiber-reinforced foam molding mold insert elastic positioning device. The device comprises a positioning seat, a spring, a positioning pin, a top cover and a magnet. Two ends of the positioning seat are respectively and fixedly provided with the top cover and the magnet. The circumference of the positioning pin is provided with a spacing boss. The positioning pin is arranged in a cavity formed from the positioning seat, the top cover and the magnet. One end of the positioning pin goes through the positioning seat at the same side of the magnet and through an opening of the magnet and stretches out of the magnet. Sizes of the magnet and the opening of the positioning seat at the same side of the magnet match the size of the positioning pin. One end of the positioning pin close to the top cover is sleeved by the spring. The spring is limited by the top cover and the spacing boss arranged at the circumference of the positioning pin side wall. The distance between the end surface of a side of the positioning pin close to the top cover and the top cover is greater than the length of the positioning pin stretching out of the magnet. The fiber-reinforced foam molding mold insert elastic positioning device can realize accurate positioning and does not influence mold opening.
