Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production process of a mercury tetrachloride complex-ion low-mercury catalyst. The production process comprises the following steps: adding artificial cinnabar and industrial salt water to a totally sealed anticorrosion reactor, and injecting chlorine so as to obtain a mercury chloride solution; dipping activated carbon in the solution, dehydrating and drying so as to obtain the mercury tetrachloride complex-ion low-mercury catalyst. The mercury tetrachloride complex-ion low-mercury catalyst prepared by the production process disclosed by the invention is low in mercury chloride content, and the sublimation of mercury chloride can be prevented without accessories; meanwhile, the production process has low requirements on activated carbon which serves as a carrier and is conducive to the circulation of the catalyst; and the preparation process disclosed by the invention is simple, and can be used for greatly reducing the dosage of mercury, saving cost and relieving environmental pollution. |
