The equipment comprises a reaction stirring kettle, a dimethylamine tank, a carbon disulfide tank, an alkali liquor tank, a dimethylamine metering pump, a carbon disulfide metering pump, an alkali liquor metering pump and a DCS control system, wherein the dimethylamine tank is connected with the interior of the reaction stirring kettle by virtue of a first pipeline; the carbon disulfide tank is connected with the interior of the reaction stirring kettle by virtue of a second pipeline; the alkali liquor tank is connected with the interior of the reaction stirring kettle by virtue of a third pipeline; and the DCS control system is connected with the dimethylamine metering pump, the carbon disulfide metering pump, the alkali liquor metering pump and the reaction stirring kettle respectively. Compared with the prior art, by adopting the equipment provided by the invention, equipment including a dimethylamine gasifier and matched hot water pump and hot water tank and the like is reduced, so that the equipment is saved; and moreover, by introducing the DCS control system, automation of whole-process control is basically realized, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the operation safety of the whole device is improved.
