The invention provides an accessing method and device of a cloud storage file. The method comprises the following steps of establishing connection with a cloud storage server by a cloud access module; receiving a corresponding file mark list which is generated according to a stored file and is sent by the cloud storage server; obtaining a file checking instruction which is used by a user to trigger a file mark in the file mark list, and sending a reading request to the cloud storage server to read the corresponding file of the file mark according to the file checking instruction; checking the file which is transmitted by the cloud storage server according to the reading request. By virtue of the method and the device, the access to the cloud storage file becomes simple and convenient.
