Laser diode array side pumping module

The invention relates to a laser diode array side pumping module. The laser diode array side pumping module comprises a bottom plate, an insulating cushion, an electrode, a heat-insulating cushion, a heat-conducting cushion, a cover plate, protecting glass, a laser diode, a plate strip, a plate strip base and a temperature sensor, wherein the laser diode is positioned in a sealing cabin which consists of the protecting glass, the cover plate, the heat-insulating cushion and the bottom plate and is used for preventing the cavity surface of the laser diode from being polluted by dust and moisture and preserving heat; a heat-conducting passage which conveniently and precisely controls the temperature of the laser diode is arranged between the laser diode and the bottom plate; the laser diode is connected with the bottom plate through the heat-conducting cushion. The laser diode array side pumping module has the advantages that the laser diode can be prevented from being polluted by the dust or the moisture, a fast heat conduction passage is provided for the laser diode, and the temperature of the laser diode is conveniently and precisely controlled by the quick heat-conducting passage. The laser diode array side pumping module can be widely applied to a laser diode pumping solid laser.
