Glue-sealing process for welding switch board

The invention provides a glue-sealing process for welding a switch board. The glue-sealing process comprises the following steps: providing the switch board, and welding a to-be-connected lead on a connection port of the switch board; for the welded switch board and the connected lead, detecting the welding continuity of the switch board, the integrity of a welding point, the welding fastness and the functional integrity of the switch board by virtue of a detection tool; putting the qualified switch board on a cementing mold; cementing, solidifying, and carrying out reliability test on the cemented switch board. The switch cemented by the process disclosed by the invention is firm in connection; meanwhile, the production procedure is optimized; the production cost is reduced.
